- You will be responsible for designing and creating dashboards for monitoring and tracking the user behavior.
- You will be responsible for creating data collection environments from scratch to build systems of reporting, dashboards and recommendations in order to optimize the digital ecosystem in terms of conversion path; acquisition through marketing channels and attribution models, online behavior monitoring, UI, CRO, Data Modeling and Predictive Analysis.
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in activities such as: designing a measurement model that identifies touchpoints and KPIs of a website or application, design and implementation of a monitoring system using the most common web analytics, analysis and monitoring tools traffic and conversion statistics, reporting through documents and dashboards, support analysis for design and prototyping processes
- Experiences in Design thinking workshops and useful tools for monitoring the digital experience through quantitative (eg. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and qualitative (eg. Hotjar, Crazy) data Egg)
- Ability to carry out the analysis of the results for activities relating to SEO, digital advertising and CRO
- Curiosity in deepening new methods of analysis and propensity for constant updating
- Excellent exposure skills through presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe and Google Analytics
- Excellent knowledge of Power Bi, Tableau and similar tools.
- Good organizational autonomy and proactivity in identifying new solutions
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of SAS will be considered a plus
