Employer Branding Services – Account Manager
The exceptional importance of this function lies in the fact that it allows the financial functioning of the organization that leads to accomplishing the mission. You would be a member of a team that has unique knowledge of problems, needs, desires, thoughts of all levels of employees who are engaged in recruiting and promotion of IT firms in the Serbian IT labor market. You will apply this knowledge by designing exceptional services and products for such companies, from events to advertisers. We are looking for individuals that are able to organize themselves and their team to sell these services and realize them at an exceptional level of quality.
- Research and source local IT companies
- Continually engage in communication with recruiters, HR Managers and PeopleOps from local IT companies to help them position in the local IT labor market
- Actively lead all sales activities regarding Employer Branding Services
- Conduct successful sales meetings
- Create Employer Branding Strategies for IT companies and further more create unique value through Startit Employer Branding Services
- Analysis of their needs which will convert into an outstanding design of desired, quality Employer Branding Services
- Align internal and external communications, create corporate slidedecks, keep up on industry trends
- Organize your team to perform all these services in an extremely high-quality manner
- Industry knowledge – you should know who, what, where and why in the local IT community
- Experience in recruitment or sales at least 1+ year
- Knowledge and ideally experience with Social Media
- Ability to organize your time and set priorities successfully
- Excellent English skills
