Responsibilities
- Perform full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and final assessment of the candidates with a focus on technical positions
- Source and attract candidates through networking, direct approach, advertising/branding, referrals, etc.
- Analyze profile requirements and the needs of our client
- Prepare job advertisements to target proper candidate pool
- Consulting on best-practice tools, processes and collaboration mechanisms
- Seek out professionals with the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill a particular position
- Meet established hiring targets and recruiting organization goals
Requirements
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience within a fast-paced working environment
- Experience with HR in the IT field is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and good interviewing experience
- Understanding of IT technologies
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Experience using social media tools for sourcing efforts
- Ability to manage work pressure well and remain positive and focused on the stressful situation
- Ability to analyze the job description and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills and outstanding attention to details
