Our client is a well known fintech company. For their development center in Belgrade, we are looking for an

Office Assistant


  • Office administration and co-ordination of a sufficient running office
  • Managing document flow ( check & distribute mail, e-mails, other document flow, courier)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, office supply and other
  • Assists in organization of meetings, preparing documents, reports
  • Managing expenses – payment and bookkeeping
  • Works independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects when necessary


  • Previous experience on similar position
  • Good knowledge of the labor code and compliance policies;
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must;
  • Ability to organize and work with minimum supervision
