Recruitment Intern

We are a small yet powerful tribe of digital and recruiting enthusiasts whose mission is to help clients hire the best tech talent faster. Apart from semi-traditional recruitment services and developing employer branding strategies, we are developing an in house product.

Responsibilities

We are known as a tech recruitment agency with credibility and over the years we developed relationship based on trust with different tech communities. There is a lot of work in the years to come and we welcome candidates with a can-do attitude. We are all still learning.

Applicants must be fluent both in English and Serbian and available for a full time job.

You will learn how to:

  • Use different techniques to source candidates
  • Reach out to top talent for openings
  • Follow up with candidates after they’ve applied
  • Write job adverts and post them
  • Work in agile environment
  • Use different tools

Requirements

We are candidate oriented and candidate experience is highly important to us. It is crucial to be patient and enjoy working with people with different personalities. You will be using a lot of different tools, so have to make sure you can catch up quickly.

  • Tech savvy and active on social media.
  • Excellent people skills
  • Hands-on attitude, customer focused
  • Fluency in English

We hire for attitude over skills and experience.
