We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Software Development Team
Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader with a mindset of serving the Scrum Team
- Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments
- Establish a creative and productive environment in which the Team can become
more self-managed and cross-functional - Protect the Team from distractions to ensure their delivery is not impacted and
the Sprint Goal is achieved - Coordinate with the Product Team to understand Product Vision and support the
Team in fulfilling this vision. - Helping the Product Owner find techniques for effective Product Goal definition
and Product Backlog management - Be accountable for the overall effectiveness of the Scrum Team
- Coach, educate and support the Team in implementing various Agile practices
- Lead and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption
- Coordinate with the other Scrum Masters to share, discuss and implement best
practices
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Scrum/Agile
- Relevant Agile qualification: PSM, CSM or similar is preferred
- Solid skills, capability and knowledge of facilitation, continuous improvement and
servant leadership - Experience of working in Scrum Teams of different maturity and experience
levels - Excellent communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with tenacity and think differently
- Removing barriers and making decisions quickly, while gaining alignment
- Building a safe and trusting environment where problems can be raised without
fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and
problem-solving. - Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar is preferred
