Full-Stack Engineer (Backend leaning)

Job description

You will work as a backend-leaning full-stack engineer contributing to the development and evolution of enterprise platforms used across TTE’ renewables organization. The focus is on system reliability, data processing, and long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
• Work with data-heavy workflows and integrations
• Contribute to frontend features when needed
• Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with product and domain experts

Requirements

• Technical education (engineering / technical university)
• Strong backend development experience
• Experience with enterprise, data-heavy systems
• Comfortable working with existing codebases and evolving scope
• Experience in energy, renewables, infrastructure, or similar domains

Technologies

• Backend: (Python) and Node.js
• REST APIs
• Databases (SQL, data-heavy schemas)
• Frontend basics (React or similar)
• Docker, CI/CD
• Linux-based environments

AI & Modern Tooling (Mandatory)

• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for:
  o code generation and refactoring
  o debugging and analysis
  o documentation and reviews
