Responsibilities
We’re a small, growing Power Platform team – still being built. Today we’re several developers, a product manager, and the Product Lead. You’ll work closely with our Product Manager day to day, collaborating with developers and the Product Lead on feature design, prioritization, and delivery, and other tasks.
- Own product design and product decisions from concept to UX/UI details.
- Write clear specifications, user manuals, training materials, website pages, blog posts, and video scripts.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Dynamics CE / Power Platform offering.
- Plan go-to-market: launches, pricing, positioning, and conference presence.
- Coordinate release planning, releases, and hot-fix strategies.
- Run market and user research; gather ideas and feedback from partners and customers.
- Work closely with development, support, and sales to translate customer needs into product features.
- Produce content and assets that help customers adopt and succeed with the product.
Requirements
- Strong IT background and hands-on understanding of business apps (ERP, CRM or similar).
- Preferably experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
- Proven product design experience, comfortable at both conceptual and UX/UI levels.
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication.
- STEM education.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to produce high-quality specs and customer-facing content.
Nice to have
- Experience with document automation, reporting tools, or Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Leadership skills.
- Conference and community-facing experience (presentations, booth work, webinars).
