Tech Lead

Job description

As a Tech Lead, you will provide technical leadership for teams working on long-term enterprise platforms at TTE. You will guide architectural decisions, ensure technical quality, and support teams working in a complex and evolving domain.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain technical standards and architectural direction
• Guide teams working on enterprise and data-heavy systems
• Support modular and evolvable system design
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and domain experts
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability

Requirements

• Technical education (engineering / technical university)
• Strong experience leading teams in enterprise environments
• Experience with data-heavy and engineering-driven systems
• Background in energy, renewables, infrastructure, or similar domains
• Ability to operate in environments with evolving scope

Technologies

• Backend platforms (Python / Node.js ecosystems)
• System architecture (modular systems, integrations)
• Cloud and containerized environments
• CI/CD and observability

AI & Modern Tooling (Mandatory)

• Hands-on, daily use of AI-assisted development tools
• Understanding of responsible AI usage in enterprise systems
