Technology Lead

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing the company’s technological strategy.
• Participating in setting up the architecture and infrastructure solutions for new projects.
• Developing and maintaining backend and frontend systems.
• Selecting and implementing tools, frameworks, and technologies that enable scalability and security.
• Forming and leading the engineering team – mentoring, recruitment, and talent development.
• Close collaboration with founders and the business team in creating the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with various programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Deep knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
• Experience in developing frontend applications (React, Angular, Vue, or similar).
• Understanding of working with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Experience in setting up projects from scratch and making key technical decisions.
• People leadership skills and readiness to build and lead a team.
