Its portfolio includes around 140 companies in the print, sports media, digital media, radio, ticketing, entertainment, and e-commerce sectors and leading online marketplaces for cars, property and jobs.

Responsibilities
- Information related to monthly achievement of results, cash flow, investments, budget, forecasts, and statistics is submitted in the form established by the parent company;
- A Management Report is submitted on a monthly basis, containing a global analysis of results and key information from the business environment;
- Activities related to budgeting and reporting are supervised and coordinated in accordance with company policies;
- The preparation of the final account for management needs (financial packages) is supervised, coordinated, and directly participated in;
- Compliance with domestic legislation, international standards, and rules of the group is ensured for monthly and annual reporting;
- Reporting schemes (cost center and product analysis) are created, coordinated, and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the parent company and the needs of local management;
- The maintenance and adjustment of the reporting infrastructure (accounting and other software) are coordinated;
- Activities related to timely data entry by other departments/services are coordinated;
- Activities related to external auditing are coordinated;
- Processes related to fixed assets are supervised;
- Quality improvement and maintenance of professional standards in the field are taken care of;
- Special projects are implemented at the request of superiors (SAP implementation, ICS implementation);
- Analysis and coordination of all business processes in the Company are undertaken, and operational measures for their improvement are proposed;
- Company rules improvement and implementation
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience on the same type of role
- Financial education, preferably with a degree in Economics
- Strong analytical, precise, and detailed-oriented skills
- Understanding of business concepts and ability to interpret financial figures
- Background or experience in a larger system, with exposure to a substantial client base and approximately 500 employees
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM, xFlow, and advanced Excel skills
- Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with international colleagues
