Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced analytics solutions to address complex business challenges in the real estate sector using applied statistics and machine learning.
- Lead discussions on the feasibility of AI/ML solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and desired outcomes.
- Architect, implement, and oversee data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features through the integration of predictive models.
- Extract, process, and analyze data to derive actionable insights, encompassing the entire business workflow.
- Continuously refine predictive models, ensuring they are supported by robust infrastructure and are feature rich.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, promoting effective data utilization across teams.
- Engage closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their analytical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Ensure teams have the necessary training and resources to leverage data-driven insights effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, with a strong emphasis on Machine Learning, Databases, Mathematics, and Statistics.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in data science, data engineering, or a related domain.
- Proficient in data mining, mathematical modeling, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with predictive modeling and pattern recognition.
- Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, and other relevant data processing tools.
- Passion for cutting-edge technologies such as GPT, Vector Databases, Tensorflow, Keras, and LLMs.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-structured code and to design efficient data pipelines.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new programming languages and technologies.
- Curiosity-driven approach to unfamiliar data sources and quantitative challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a research-driven setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the aptitude to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.
