Our client is looking for a data-driven and creative Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads to join their growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI across various digital channels.

Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, pMax and Shopping mostly but there’s also Display and YouTube).
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and keep them updated about the results and the plans (mostly through email, but there are calls from time to time)
- Track, report, and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to continuously improve results.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and SEM.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Solid understanding of PPC strategy, bidding models, and conversion tracking.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Analytical mindset with excellent Excel/Sheets skills.
- Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, or email marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS industries.
