Our client is looking for an experienced Backend PHP – Symfony Developer to collaborate with their in-house development team in the constant development and persistent search for creative solutions to improve their high-traffic sites.
Responsibilities
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Contribute ideas to improve our engineering standards and processes
Requirements
- PHP 8.0 / 8.2
- Symfony 4/5
- Static analyzers like PhpStan
- Unit/functional testing
- Experience with
- Doctrine as the ORM for MariaDB
- Elasticsearch (mapping/querying/aggregations)
- Docker
- Sonata admin
- Knows how to work with DDD
- Experience with message handling and event-driven design
- Excellent communication skills, including conducting/leading client meetings, conducting presentations, and advising the implementation team on technical issues,
Nice to have Qualifications (not Required):
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
