FAQ

Omnes is an agency specialized in recruiting tech and digital talent. We recruit for positions like Software Engineer, Developer, Social Media Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, DevOps and SecOps Engineers, Marketing Managers, Assistants and much more.

Pay per Stay: To start recruiting, we charge an initial fee of 250,00 EUR which is later deducted from our success fee. Our success fee is 12% of the candidates’ gross annual salary, and payable in 12 monthly installments.
Custom: Fixed monthly fee, unlimited number of hires and a growing talent pool. Our most successful clients go for this option. We need to learn about your needs before we start throwing numbers, so please get in touch with us.

We will make sure both you and the candidate fit well together. However, if this happens, you choose if you want a free replacement or we should stop charging.

Our target time to hire is three weeks. It depends on your selection process, Employer Value Proposition and how quickly can you provide feedback to us, it should take 30 days max to fill the position.

We want to redefine how recruitment agencies operate. Traditional agencies usually offer guarantee period of three months. But, if the candidate leaves on the fourth month from hire, you lose both the talent and money. That’s why we came up with Pay per Stay and we do not offer guarantee period.
