We’re looking for a true degen to orchestrate engagement strategy, through platforms like Twitter, Discord, YT, and dive into the physical world of hackathons and conferences to amplify the Company’s voice and grow influence.

Strategic Content Building
- Architect and lead the content strategy
- Design a robust social media strategy
- Produce and coordinate cutting-edge written, video, and graphical content
Community Degen Engagement
- Establish and nurture high-synergy collaborations with fellow degens, protocols, and influencers to make our presence felt across the space
- Engage in discussions, meme wars, and collaborative builds to boost our protocol’s street cred
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in content and community management within the web3 industry
- 4+ years leading social or community for a dynamic tech-focused company
- Experience in social for a software, SaaS, or developer platform company with a non-consumer focus
- Experience leading successful social campaigns for product launches and thought leadership
- A proven track record of using social and community engagement tactics to support and broaden the impact of other marketing and communications efforts (e.g. event participation)
- The ability to leverage data to direct social strategy and refine plans
- Exceptional writing skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
